Marketing Services
This service provides ongoing marketing support on a monthly basis, tailored to your specific needs and goals. Services are delivered in increments of "units," each representing a dedicated block of time focused on your marketing activities.
Monthly Marketing Meeting:
Each month, we'll engage in a collaborative meeting to:
- Review the previous month's performance
- Discuss upcoming marketing objectives
- Propose and agree upon the following month's activities
Unit-Based Pricing:
Services are priced based on the estimated number of "units" required to complete the agreed-upon activities. Each unit represents a dedicated block of time, allowing for flexible and transparent pricing based on your specific needs.
Services May Include:
- CRM/Marketing Automation Management: Setup, configuration, and ongoing management of your customer relationship management (CRM) or marketing automation platform.
- Copywriting: Creation of compelling and effective copy for various purposes, including:
- Website content
- Blog posts
- Social media updates
- Email marketing campaigns
- Sales and marketing materials
- Website Updates: Content updates, minor design adjustments, and performance optimization to keep your website fresh and engaging.
- Graphic Design: Creation of visual assets for your marketing initiatives, including:
- Social media graphics
- Email templates
- Infographics
- Presentations
- Animation: Simple animations to enhance your marketing materials and capture attention.
- Email Marketing: Strategy development, content creation, list management, and campaign execution for effective email marketing.
- Sales Playbook Development: Creation of comprehensive sales playbooks to guide your sales team and improve performance.
- Video Editing: Customization of stock video footage to create unique and engaging videos for your marketing campaigns.
Exclusions:
- Professional photography, original artwork, and photo editing are not included in the standard monthly marketing services. These services can be provided upon request and will be quoted separately.
- Costs for stock video footage and imagery will be billed at cost and require your approval in advance.
HubSpot Backoffice Support Plans
As Platinum HubSpot Partners, we will help you achieve maximum ROI on your HubSpot investment. We offer three HubSpot admin support plans to match your business's needs. For larger applications and teams we are happy to provide a custom plan to support your HubSpot objectives.
For companies using HubSpot "Starter" or "Pro" Suite tools, we'll help you understand and optimize the HubSpot features to grow sales and customer relationships.
- 14 support hours per month (billed to one-minute increments)
- Submit unlimited task requests through the WeRX Customer Portal
- Collaborative prioritization of task requests to plan hours using WeRX Customer Portal
- 2-3 day turnaround time for each task
For companies using HubSpot "Pro" and "Enterprise "Suite tools, we'll help you maximize the value of your HubSpot investment to drive sales, relationships, and profitability.
- 22 support hours per month (billed to one-minute increments)

- Collaborative prioritization of task requests to plan hours using WeRX Customer Portal
- 1-2 day turnaround for most tasks

- 35 support hours per month (billed to one-minute increments)

Odoo Support Packs

We help you fine-tune your Odoo setup to match your real-world processes, install and configure new apps, streamline workflows, set up users and permissions, and make sure your system is working for you—not the other way around. Our Odoo support packs are built to help you get the most out of your system—without the need for custom development. Website Support - Monthly Subscriptions and Bundles
We provide support packages for Joomla, Wordpress, HubSpot, Thryv, Shopify, Squarespace, and Square websites, even if we didn't create them for you. We also provide these support packages for Drupal, Magento, or custom websites that we developed.
Each maintenance package requires a one-time $500 start-up fee that covers the costs of familiarizing ourselves with your website, addressing any hosting or DNS issues, and setting your site up for 24/7 monitoring. Start-up fee waived for sites created by WeRX.Marketing, as long as there has been no other website manager in the interim.
Each Monthly Subscription Includes:
- Troubleshooting
- Content Management (additions, removals, changes). Does not include copywriting.
- Image management (resizing, cropping). Does not include masking or photo editing.

Monthly Subscriptions for New Website Customers
When we take on a website we didn’t build, we need to get familiar with its setup before we can support it properly. Every platform (Joomla, HubSspot, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Wix, etc.) has its own quirks, and every site is configured a little differently. The $500 initiation fee covers our time to review your site’s structure, security, hosting environment, and integrations so that when you need help, we can respond quickly and confidently. It’s a one-time fee, and after that you’ll have the same level of responsive support as all our ongoing customers.
One-Time Bundles of Website Support Hours
If you don't need ongoing support, but just need to get some work done on your site, you can buy a one-time bundle of support hours. Time spent will be tracked to the minute.
