Back in 2008 we realized we could improve quality of life for our team, reduce our carbon footprint, and still be tremendously successful by going virtual. So we closed our downtown Chicago office and set up shop in our houses. By the time the pandemic hit and companies started experimenting with virtual work, we had perfect our systems for communication, collaboration, and team-building. When you work with the Werx, you get a real team, real-time communications, and real coffee-station conversations (BYOC). You also get to wear your pajama bottoms. We don't judge.
