CRM Expert
Purpose
As a CRM Expert, you are the backbone of our clients' success. You'll help our B2B clients leverage the full potential of their customer relationship management systems (CRM). Whether it's onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, building automated workflows, or crafting effective sequences, you'll ensure our clients' CRM strategies are optimized to drive growth and enhance customer engagement. Your expertise in HubSpot and/or Keap will be invaluable in guiding clients towards achieving their business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Guide new clients through CRM implementation, including data migration, configuration, and customization to meet their specific needs.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use their CRM systems.
- Workflow Development: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes, nurture leads, and improve overall efficiency.
- Sequence Creation: Develop targeted email sequences for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Data Management and Analysis: Maintain data integrity within CRM systems, analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and generate reports to measure campaign performance.
- Consulting and Strategic Guidance: Offer expert advice and strategic recommendations to clients on how to optimize their CRM utilization for maximum impact.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest CRM trends, best practices, and updates to ensure clients are equipped with the most effective strategies.
Skills and Education
- Required:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing and implementing CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and Keap
- Deep understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and methodologies
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ideal:
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot and Keap (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification, Keap Certified Consultant)
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
